Idaho Skin Center is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Ketchum, ID

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and transcribing information accurately
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with project coordination or order entry is a bonus
